     All my illustrations are inspired by my observations of the world we live in. A display of Colorful, mosaic, and surrealism brings the observer to a dream-like state of reality.   A mixer of chaos and beauty smacked together, driven by emotions and the toll of everyday life. 
     
Jeffrey Cappell is a New Orleans–based artist, educator, and founder of Jeffinetly Studios, a creative brand rooted in the belief that everything in life is art. Originally from Tuxedo, a small town in New York’s Hudson Valley, Cappell began drawing at a young age, developing a lifelong practice of creating imaginative characters inspired by both lived experience and inner worlds.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Film from the University of New Orleans, where he cultivated a strong sense of visual storytelling and composition. After working in film production, Cappell shifted his focus to digital design and later completed additional studies at Tulane University. This transition marked the beginning of Jeffinetly Studios, a self-driven creative venture centered on illustration, animation, and world-building.

At the heart of Cappell’s work is “Middle World,” a conceptual space between realities where imagination, memory, and emotion converge. His artwork—often defined by bold color, fluid movement, and graphic intensity—draws inspiration from comic books, pop art, and the cultural vibrancy of New Orleans. Each piece invites viewers into a dynamic visual narrative that feels both personal and universal.

Alongside his artistic practice, Cappell works as an ESL educator in New Orleans, an experience that continues to shape his perspective on communication, culture, and human connection. This dual role—as teacher and artist—deepens the emotional accessibility of his work, reinforcing his commitment to creating art that resonates across backgrounds and experiences.

Jeffinetly Studios is a New Orleans–born art brand dedicated to creating vibrant, expressive, and accessible artwork that celebrates color, community, and imagination. Through original paintings, prints, illustrations, and animation, the studio brings the world of Middle World to life—offering pieces that carry warmth, personality, and a sense of belonging.
